John Puls

Co-founder and COO
John Puls

John has been dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the field of mental health and substance use disorder since 2013, where he began his journey in a support staff role. His commitment to this critical area led him to pursue a bachelor’s degree in social work from Florida Atlantic University, successfully completing the program in August 2016.

In order to expand his knowledge and enhance his skills, John was accepted into the advanced standing master’s in social work (MSW) program at Florida Atlantic University. He demonstrated exemplary dedication and completed his master’s degree in May 2017. With a focus on excellence and a drive for professional growth, John has since become a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and achieved master’s certified addiction professional (MCAP).

John’s passion for the field extends beyond clinical practice, as he shares his expertise with the next generation of social workers. He serves as an adjunct professor at Florida Atlantic University’s School of Social Work, imparting knowledge and mentorship to aspiring professionals.

In recognition of his extensive experience and knowledge, John has become a qualified expert witness. He conducts forensic reviews for cases involving substance use disorder and mental health, contributing valuable insights to legal proceedings.

Driven by a genuine commitment to community well-being, John is particularly passionate about providing community-based services. His work aims to bridge the gap between conventional treatment and the broader community.

Brian Pagan

Brian Pagan

Brian began his career in behavioral health in 2008 while pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Counseling Psychology and Business Administration. Recruited by a professor, he played a pivotal role in a grant (number 5U79SM0507014) dedicated to aiding families of severely emotionally disturbed youth in the tri-state area. During this research, Brian received training in structured interviewing techniques and cultural competence. He presented this research at conferences on a State, National, and International level, including the 2008 SWPA and APA conferences. After graduating from Arkansas State University, Brian relocated to Florida and attended Nova Southeastern University, earning his Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.

Post-graduation, Brian worked as a primary therapist at a Dual Diagnosis treatment center in Boca Raton, FL, obtaining his (CAP) Certified Addiction Professional certification from the State of Florida. After several years in treatment facilities, Brian took a bold step, establishing his own practice in 2014. In his practice, he works with individuals, couples, and families, holding a certification as a trauma specialist using the RTM (Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories) protocol for individuals dealing with Post Traumatic Stress and unwanted/intrusive thoughts, images, and nightmares.

Brian specializes in addressing trauma, mood disorders, substance use disorders, developmental disorders, and co-occurring mental disorders. His passion lies in helping individuals with mental illness reconnect with or build on their family relationships and develop healthy interpersonal connections.

Casey Brannigan

Casey Brannigan

Casey began his professional journey in 2012 within a non-profit organization dedicated to serving high-risk adolescents and families. Over the years, he has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to the field, contributing his expertise to various dual diagnosis treatment programs for both adolescents and adults. Before assuming his current role as Chief Clinical Officer, Casey held the position of Clinical Director at Full Life Comprehensive Care for three years.

A graduate of Florida Atlantic University, Casey earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2011, laying the foundation for his future pursuits. In 2014, he furthered his education by completing a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in addiction from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Recognizing the evolving landscape of healthcare, Casey pursued an MBA from Florida Atlantic University in 2016, with a focused exploration of our modern healthcare system.

Casey’s professional credentials include being a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), a Master Level Certified Addictions Professional (MCAP), and an ARISE trained interventionist. His extensive background encompasses a range of therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adventure Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Family Therapy.

A seasoned professional with a wealth of experience, Casey has built a remarkable track record of working with adolescents, adults, and families. His multifaceted training and proficiency underscore his dedication to providing comprehensive and effective mental health and addiction interventions. Casey’s strategic approach and diverse skill set position him as a leader in the evolving landscape of clinical care.

Craig Mastrony

Craig Mastonry

Craig Mastrony, originally from Stratford, Connecticut, has been a Floridian since 1999. Entering into long-term recovery in 2017, he has become a strong member of the local recovery community, channeling his passion for helping others. Craig’s journey led him to the doors of a residential treatment facility in January 2017, marking the beginning of his impactful career.

Bringing extensive experience in aiding individuals grappling with substance use disorder and severe mental illness, Craig holds certifications as a Certified Recovery Support Specialist, Peer Specialist, Certified Event Interventionist, and Certified Recovery Advocate. As a dedicated member of Full Life since its inception, he currently holds the position of Director of Operations. In this pivotal role, Craig oversees all aspects of case management and client care, collaboratively assisting the case management team to extend his reach and share valuable insights, ultimately benefiting as many clients as possible.

Craig’s adeptness at working with clients and families in crisis, particularly those affected by substance use disorder and severe mental illness, highlights his commitment to making a positive impact. Beyond his current certifications, Craig remains dedicated to his educational journey, with aspirations to attend social work school at Florida Atlantic University. His pursuit of knowledge and commitment to professional growth underscore Craig’s dedication to enhancing the lives of those he serves.

Ellie Aviles

Ellie earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida, seizing valuable opportunities to intern at various departments of the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and the State Attorney’s Office in Orange County, Orlando. In her role as a victim advocate, she provided indispensable support to victims of violent crimes, accompanying them through hearings and depositions.

Driven by her passion for aiding individuals facing mental health and substance use disorders, Ellie pursued a Master’s degree at Florida Atlantic University. During her studies, she dedicated herself to making a positive impact by interning at a local addiction treatment program.

Whether engaging with clients individually or in group settings, Ellie adopts an eclectic approach to therapy, recognizing the unique responses of each individual. Her practice encompasses psychodynamic theory, delving into clients’ childhood experiences, past and present relationships, and personality styles in relation to current life patterns. Additionally, she employs cognitive behavioral approaches aimed at shifting perspectives and outcomes.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ellie is an accomplished artist who studied fine art at Palm Beach State College. Integrating her passion for art with therapy, Ellie specializes in creative expression therapies such as Sand Tray Therapy, Psychodrama, and expressive art. She firmly believes that exploring through action can yield profound insights, heightened self-awareness, and the motivation to lead a fulfilling life.

Stephanie Aster Garreau

Stephanie is a dedicated mental health professional who earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Florida and went on to achieve her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Florida Atlantic University. Committed to the belief that therapy is universally beneficial, Stephanie recognizes the initial apprehension that individuals may feel when embarking on their therapeutic journey. 

With a client-centered approach, Stephanie meets individuals where they are, providing unwavering support through the challenges that have led them to seek therapy. She places significant emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, considering it the cornerstone of effective therapy. Stephanie takes pride in cultivating unique connections and fostering trust with each client.

Stephanie’s therapeutic methodology encompasses a comprehensive and holistic approach, ensuring optimal support for clients in reaching their goals. Her passion lies in assisting teens and adults in navigating a spectrum of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, self-worth, substance abuse, and life adjustments.

Demonstrating her commitment to professional development, Stephanie is a Master’s Level Certified Addictions Counselor and holds international certification as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Furthermore, she has received specialized training in EMDR trauma therapy, to support clients impacted by trauma.

In her practice, Stephanie strives to create a safe and empowering space for individuals to explore their challenges, fostering growth and resilience. With her wealth of expertise and compassionate approach, Stephanie is dedicated to helping clients improve their well-being.

Ben Taratuta

Ben is a highly qualified and compassionate professional dedicated to the field of mental health. As a licensed mental health counselor, nationally certified counselor, and certified anger management specialist, Ben brings a wealth of expertise to his practice. He holds a Master of Education degree in clinical mental health counseling from Florida Atlantic University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of South Carolina.

With a diverse background, Ben has garnered valuable experience in multiple residential treatment settings, focusing on assisting individuals dealing with eating disorders, severe mental illness, personality disorders, trauma, and substance use disorders. Amber brings five years of dedicated experience to her work with individuals facing challenges related to substance use disorder and mental health conditions. After earning her degree in criminal justice from St. John’s University, she pursued her passion for helping others by obtaining a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University.

Amber’s diverse background in the substance use disorder field includes roles as a behavioral health technician, case manager, certified recovery advisor, and primary therapist. Her approach combines evidence-based interventions with a compassionate understanding of the complexities associated with substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health issues. This approach empowers clients on their journey towards personal growth and overall well-being.

Specializing in substance use disorder, anxiety, severe mental illness, and depression, Amber is dedicated to assisting clients in regaining control of their lives. Currently, she holds the positions of a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI), Certified Addictions Professional (CAP), and Internationally Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (ICADC). 

Amber’s certifications include solution-focused therapy and the assessment, understanding, management, and treatment of chronic suicidality. Furthermore, she has received training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1). Cat Kelly is a seasoned professional with nine years of experience in behavioral healthcare, holding certifications as a Certified Recovery Coach and Certified Interventionist. Her journey in this field has been diverse, ranging from outreach, Director of Operations, while providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the industry’s nuances and a wealth of knowledge about community resources.

Born and raised in Boca Raton and Delray Beach, Cat is deeply rooted in the local community. She attended Spanish River High School in Boca Raton and is set to celebrate a decade of continuous recovery in 2024. Cat’s personal experiences, having overcome addictions to alcohol and other substances at a young age, uniquely qualify her for mentoring young people in recovery.

Dedicated to the Palm Beach County recovery community, Cat actively serves on the Board of Directors for The Crossroads Club. Beyond her professional commitments, she is deeply involved in the community, attending drug task force meetings, and volunteering her time for Florida ecosystem conservation efforts.

An avid outdoors enthusiast, Cat channels her passion for the environment through activities like surfing, paddleboarding, free-diving, and fishing. She emphasizes the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, incorporating regular workouts into her routine. She began her journey as a behavioral health technician in a local dual diagnosis treatment facility, Lane’s tenacity and commitment to professional growth led her into becoming a case manager.

In addition to her hands-on experience, Lane is a certified Health and Wellness Coach, bringing a holistic perspective to her approach. Through her educational background, Lane has honed her skills as a mentor, adept at guiding individuals towards realizing their full potential. Embracing a strength-based perspective, Lane empowers her clients to make positive change in their lives.

Ryne’s journey is deeply rooted in personal triumph, as he entered into long term recovery in 2015. Actively engaged in the local recovery community, Ryne has seamlessly integrated his own recovery journey into his professional approach, adding a unique and empathetic perspective to his role.

Certified in In Home Addiction Treatment (IHAT), Kim is unwavering in her pursuit of knowledge, continually educating herself in the ever-evolving fields of mental health and addiction treatment. She firmly believes in meeting clients where they are, tailoring her approach to support them on their unique path to recovery.
One of Kim’s strengths lies in her ability to build individual relationships and trust with each client, fostering a safe and empathetic space for healing. Committed to individualized care, Chris tailors his services to meet each person’s specific needs, emphasizing a person centered approach and meeting people where they are.

Peter Thunem

Pete’s journey in the addiction recovery and mental health field began as a behavioral health technician in residential treatment, where he laid the foundation for his impactful career. Evolving into the roles of operations assistant and case manager within a structured transitional living home, Pete has demonstrated a commitment to guiding individuals through various stages of their recovery journey.

With a diverse background in film & music, coupled with an active connection to the local fitness community, Pete helps others find and engage in outlets that foster recovery. Holding a certification as a Licensed Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Pete brings his professional fitness training expertise to our services.

As the Fitness Program Director for a local non-profit organization, Pete extends his passion for fitness to those in recovery, promoting an active and healthy lifestyle. Additionally, Pete has been trained with the Connecticut community for addiction recovery, offering a unique perspective in supporting clients with severe mental health conditions.

Pete’s genuine dedication, and compassionate commitment make him an invaluable asset, improving the lives of those he serves in the realms of addiction recovery, mental health, and fitness.

Joshua Kapulskey

Joshua Kapulskey

Originally from Mount Holly, New Jersey, Josh began his recovery journey to South Florida in 2017, marking the inception of his long-term recovery. As an Eagle Scout, he embodies the principles of leadership and service, which have seamlessly transitioned into his role as an active member of the local recovery community.

Josh’s commitment to helping others ignited when he joined the behavioral health field as a group facilitator and sober coach in 2019. A foundational member of Full Life Comprehensive Care since its 2021, Josh’s dedication to the organization has been unwavering.
In 2020, Josh underwent a remarkable lifestyle transformation, focusing on his physical health, and discovering a passion for physical fitness. As a group exercise coach at Slash Fitness and a volunteer coach for over two years at the nonprofit organization Recovery Through Repetition, Josh shares his enthusiasm for fitness to create a free, safe space for individuals in recovery.

A staunch advocate for routine and structure as the bedrock of success, Josh champions an integrated approach to recovery, encompassing mind, body, spirit, service, and community. His belief in holistic wellness and his personal commitment to transformation make Josh a dynamic force in the realms of recovery, mental health, and community service.

T.D. is a dedicated professional with a background rooted in Health Science and Rehabilitative Services, having earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in 2010. Over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry laid the foundation for his transition to a focus on individuals grappling with mental health and substance use disorder.

As someone with lived experience in overcoming both mental health and substance use challenges, T.D. possesses a unique ability to empathize and connect with his clients on a personal level. His holistic approach encompasses various facets, including fostering meaningful connections, physical activity, healthy coping strategies, realistic goal setting, engagement in fulfilling activities, securing optimal healthcare providers, and cultivating lasting healthy habits.

T.D. holds certifications as a Certified Recovery Advocate, Certified Event Interventionist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Yoga Instructor, showcasing his commitment to a comprehensive and well-rounded approach to client support. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Social Work, T.D. is actively expanding his knowledge to enhance the quality of care he provides.

In 2017, Will embarked on a transformative journey to long-term recovery upon settling in Florida. By the close of 2018, he assumed the role of a Recovery Advocate in a structured transitional living program, a path he had successfully completed himself. Over five impactful years, his dedication propelled him through positions in Case Management and Community Management, driven by an unwavering passion for assisting others on their recovery journey.

With a robust professional experience exceeding 5 years, he has honed his skills through becoming a CCAR recovery coach and Psychwire motivational interview training. This specialized expertise equips him to provide compassionate and effective support to individuals confronting diverse challenges, extending his impact to their families.

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s social work degree at Florida Atlantic University, he is resolute in broadening his capabilities to offer more impactful, clinical-level assistance. His commitment to education, coupled with his extensive experience and compassionate approach, positions him as an invaluable asset to the team at Full Life.

Throughout his time working in a renowned dual diagnosis treatment facility, he has cultivated a distinctive approach characterized by empathy and genuine connection.

Jose’s bilingual proficiency enables him to extend crucial support to the Hispanic recovery community, showcasing a nuanced understanding of cultural differences. His unique ability to relate and empathize with diverse backgrounds positions him as a standout professional in this regard.

Brandon DeoNarine

Brandon DeoNarine

Originally from Vero Beach, Florida, Brandon embarked on his recovery journey when he relocated to Delray Beach in 2014. His diverse roles as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), Case Manager, and Intake Supervisor at various residential mental health facilities, reflect his active involvement in supporting individuals facing challenges related to substance use disorder and mental health.

Motivated by the invaluable assistance he received during his own recovery, Brandon is now on a mission to pay it forward, extending his support to others who have walked similar paths. Concurrently, he continues his academic pursuits at Florida Atlantic University, pursuing a social work degree.

Deeply passionate about his role, Brandon is dedicated to equipping his clients with essential life skills, knowledge, and compassionate care. His approach centers around relationship building, teaching effective ways to navigate challenges, setting objectives, and promoting active involvement in the recovery process. Brandon’s focus extends beyond immediate recovery, aiming for the overall well-being and empowerment of his clients, with the ultimate goal of guiding them towards lasting success.

John uses a firm strengths-based approach to help clients and their families achieve their goals.

Brian began his work in the field of psychology in 2008 while completing his Bachelors degree in Counseling Psychology and Business Administration. Brian was recruited by one of his professors to assist her on grant (number 5U79SM0507014) aiding families of severely emotionally disturbed youth in the try state area. The grant focused on evaluating the fidelity outcomes for the new Wraparound Fidelity Index 4 (WFI-4) instrument, part of Systems of Care (SOC), a federally funded National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) grant. As part of this research he received training for structured interviewing techniques and cultural competence. He worked closely with  families of severely emotionally disturbed youth in Northeast Arkansas, Tennessee and Mississippi. He collaborated on a new survey to be implemented during Action for Kids family nights and modified existing surveys used for the grant.  Brian also collaborated with other psychology students in conducting a research experiment focused on the effects of the post-modern movement in the filed of psychology. He presented this research at conferences at a State, Nation and International level including the 2008 SWPA, and APA conferences. After graduating from Arkansas State University Brian decided to move to Florida where he and attended Nova Southeastern University and earned his Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling.  Following the completing on his Master’s degree Brian worked as a primary therapist at a Dual Diagnosis treatment center in Boca Raton, FL and earned his (CAP) Certified Addiction Professional certification from the State of Florida.  After several years working in treatment facilities Brian decided to branch out and start his own practice in 2014 where he works with individuals, couples and families. Brian is a certified trauma specialist utilizing RTM (reconsolidating of traumatic memories) protocol to treat individuals suffering from Post Traumatic Stress and unwanted/intrusive thoughts, images and nightmares.  Brian specializes in working with individuals suffering from trauma, mood disorders, substance use disorders, developmental disorders & co-occurring mental disorders. Meet The Team

Brian began his work in the field of psychology in 2008 while completing his Bachelors degree in Counseling Psychology and Business Administration. Brian was recruited by one of his professors to assist her on grant (number 5U79SM0507014) aiding families of severely emotionally disturbed youth in the try state area. The grant focused on evaluating the fidelity outcomes for the new Wraparound Fidelity Index 4 (WFI-4) instrument, part of Systems of Care (SOC), a federally funded National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) grant. As part of this research he received training for structured interviewing techniques and cultural competence. He worked closely with families of severely emotionally disturbed youth in Northeast Arkansas, Tennessee and Mississippi. He collaborated on a new survey to be implemented during Action for Kids family nights and modified existing surveys used for the grant. Brian also collaborated with other psychology students in conducting a research experiment focused on the effects of the post-modern movement in the filed of psychology. He presented this research at conferences at a State, Nation and International level including the 2008 SWPA, and APA conferences. After graduating from Arkansas State University Brian decided to move to Florida where he and attended Nova Southeastern University and earned his Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling. Following the completing on his Master’s degree Brian worked as a primary therapist at a Dual Diagnosis treatment center in Boca Raton, FL and earned his (CAP) Certified Addiction Professional certification from the State of Florida. After several years working in treatment facilities Brian decided to branch out and start his own practice in 2014 where he works with individuals, couples and families. Brian is a certified trauma specialist utilizing RTM (reconsolidating of traumatic memories) protocol to treat individuals suffering from Post Traumatic Stress and unwanted/intrusive thoughts, images and nightmares. Brian specializes in working with individuals suffering from trauma, mood disorders, substance use disorders, developmental disorders & co-occurring mental disorders. Brian Morgan

Case Manager

Brian began his work in the behavioral health industry in 2017. While Brian graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, his own personal journey in recovery led him to the field. He became a Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) in 2018, and has consistently worked as a case manager with dual-diagnosis clients since then. Brian is a dedicated member of the local recovery community and is passionate about service work. He continues to gain experience in various facets of the field, and he is in the process of obtaining a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration.

Casey Brannigan

Casey began his career in a non-profit organization that focused on high-risk adolescents and families in 2012. Since that time, he has worked in several dual diagnosis treatment programs with both adolescents and adults. He completed his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida Atlantic University in 2011. In 2014, Casey completed a Masters in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in addiction from Palm Beach Atlantic University. In 2016, following his degree in mental health counseling, he completed an MBA from Florida Atlantic University with a focus on our modern healthcare system. Casey is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Master Level Certified Addictions Professional (MCAP) in the State of Florida. He has an extensive history of working with adolescents, adults and families. Casey is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adventure Therapy, Behavioral Therapy and Family Therapy.

Craig Mastrony

Craig Mastrony is originally from Stratford, Connecticut but has been living in Florida since 1999. He has been in long term recovery since 2017 and an active member of the 12 step community where he developed a passion for helping others and led him to working in the treatment industry in early 2018. Craig’s main focus is based in helping men and women struggling with addiction and/or alcoholism but is also well equipped to assist in mental health cases. Craig is a Certified Recovery Support Specialist and Case Manager. Craig is dedicated to mastering his craft and continues to pursue different certifications, seeks additional education and experience wherever possible, and has plans to pursue a degree in social work.

Joseph Lee

Joseph Lee

Joseph is a licensed clinical social worker with over 6 years experience working as a psychotherapist with a wide range of clients. He completed his master’s in social work degree from Florida Atlantic University as well as a postgraduate CBT certification. He specializes in substance use disorder and underlying issues such as anxiety, depression and trauma. Joseph is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy while drawing upon other modalities such as psychodrama/experiential, narrative, person-centered and solution focused therapies. Joseph believes strongly in a client centered approach and meeting clients where they are at. 

 
Phil Treiber
Phillip Treiber

Therapist

Phil initially found his passion for helping others in 2016 as a behavioral health technician at a trauma and addiction treatment center, and during that time he enrolled in the Clinical Mental Health Program at Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL. While attending school full time, he worked as a full-time clinical case manager in a detox, facilitated IOP groups, and worked as an individual case manager for primarily mental health clients. After completing his internship in a highly competitive position at a local non-profit community center, he graduated at the top of his class and was chosen as the first-ever counseling student to be the graduate speaker for the entire Lynn University graduating class for 2020. This passion for counseling has led him to attend conferences both on a national and international level. He has also authored two substance abuse cases and edited three others that were published in a case study textbook for undergraduate psychology students, presented research at a national counselor-educators conference, and recently submitted an article with his research team to multiple scholarly journals for potential publication. Currently, he is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern within the State of Florida, recently attained the National Certified Counselor designation, and recently obtained the Masters Level Certified Addictions Professional designation within the State of Florida. He has also done advanced classes in CBT and completed an EMDR training course.

Stephanie graduated from University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and went on to earn her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Florida Atlantic University. Stephanie believes that therapy is beneficial for everyone and can be a wonderful experience, but that the beginning of therapy can often be scary for individuals. She believes in meeting clients where they are, and joining them and supporting them through whatever has brought them to this moment. Stephanie believes that the therapeutic relationship is the most important part of therapy, and she loves building individual relationships and trust with each client. Stephanie offers a comprehensive and holistic approach to therapy in order to provide optimal support in reaching goals. Her passion is to help teens and adults work through issues such as (not limited to) anxiety, depression, trauma, self-worth, substance abuse, and life adjustments. She is also a master’s level certified addictions counselor, an internationally certified alcohol and drug counselor, and has training in EMDR trauma therapy.

He is currently working towards acquiring his Certified Recovery Support Specialist accreditation with the state of Florida. Josh is an Eagle Scout, an active member of the local 12 step community. Josh has a newfound passion for health and fitness as he has lost over 80 pounds and continues on his journey.

Leslie Casler

Case Manager

Leslie Casler is one of our most adept case managers.  She specializes in complicated cases.  Leslie has extensive experience working with clients with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders.  Leslie is also a proficient medical case manager.  Many of her previous clients struggled with medical issues complicating recovery from mental health and substance abuse disorders.  Leslie was able to assist those clients in gaining their independence from loved ones.  Those clients are now living happy, healthy, and productive lives within their communities.   Leslie has worked in the field of substance abuse and mental health for five years.  Leslie has a bachelor’s degree in psychology.  She is currently enrolled in graduate studies at FAU.  Leslie is a Florida Board-Certified Addiction Counselor and Board-Certified Recovery Support Specialist.

David Rosenthal

David obtained his undergraduate liberal arts degree from Cal State Northridge and obtained high honors. David has extensive experience mentoring and guiding individuals along multiple pathways to recovery from substance use disorder and co occurring mental health disorders. David has worked in various therapeutic environments including transitioning living and in patient treatment. He has over 30 years of executive and recovery coaching with a diverse population of people. David believes in meeting people where they are and using motivational interviewing to produce change. 

Amber Na

T.D. received his bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Rehabilitative Services from the University of Florida in 2010. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, as well as yoga certified instructor. After 10+ years of working in the health and fitness industry, he began to focus on individuals struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues. As someone with lived experience enduring both, he possesses the unique ability to empathize and connect on a deeper level with the clients he works with. He is currently pursuing his Certified Recovery Support Specialist certification.

Nicholas Lee

Nicholas Lee

Nicholas “Nick” Lee was born and raised in New York City, moving to South Florida in 2007. He earned his BA from The University of Miami and his MBA from Lynn University. Having endured several mental health disorders from a young age, Nick is a testament to the power of proper medical and therapeutic care — with over 14 years of continuous sobriety, he is an active member of the 12 step recovery community and an avid fitness and mental health advocate. After long careers in Finance and Marketing, he transitioned to Case Management, seeking to use his experience with CBT, DBT, 12-step principles and other proven techniques to aid in our clients’ journeys. Nick utilizes his personal experience to help fellow men and women overcome their difficulties, conquer their pasts, and thrive in the present while supporting both clients and their families. He is also pursuing additional CRSS certification and enrollment in the master’s in mental health program at a local university.
